The provisions of the Employment Relations Act also regulate working time and the minimum rest period by providing that the actual working time (the time during which the worker works and is at the disposal of the employer and fulfils his obligations under the contract) and a break to which a full-time worker is entitled during the daily work of 30 minutes. The law also requires that the full-time workload not exceed 40 hours per week. The law or collective agreement may define full-time work of less than 40 hours per week, but not less than 36 hours, with the exception of positions where there is an increased risk of injury or unsanitary conditions. You agree that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency between you and Cesta Collective as a result of this agreement or the use of the Site. The execution of this agreement by Cesta Collective is subject to the laws and legal procedures in force and nothing in this agreement distinguishes the right of Cesta Collective, from administrative, judicial and law enforcement requests or requirements concerning your use of the website or information provided to La Ligne with regard to such use or collected by La Ligne, comply with the request. Where any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including the foregoing exclusions and limitations of liability, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be superseded by an applicable provision, which is most likely to correspond to the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Unless otherwise stated, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Cesta Collective regarding the Site and supersedes all prior or simultaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the User and Cesta Collective with respect to the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of all electronic communications shall be permitted in judicial or administrative proceedings based on or relating to this Agreement, to the same extent and under the same conditions as other commercial documents and records originally made and maintained in printed form. . . .
