As with all service-based agreements, one of the main things you should address is how to get paid as a yoga teacher (if you`re still not convinced of the need for a proper service agreement, I suggest you read this blog post). There are many ways to get paid as an independent yoga teacher: on an hourly basis, per class, based on the number of students in a particular class, or even a mix of these methods. Regardless of how you get paid, make sure the payment method and payment terms are clear to both parties. 4.1 Rate of remuneration for yoga Retreat: Taking into account the services that the yoga teacher is required to provide to the guidance company, the guide company undertakes to pay the yoga teacher in accordance with the following conditions: 12.1 The annexes to this agreement may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the guidance company and the yoga teacher. Any such amendment shall constitute a supplement and revision of this Agreement and shall enter into force on the date of signature by both Parties.
