This contract will start on the date you sign this document or on the date you make a booking with us (whichever happens earlier) and will continue for the period during which we offer you travel management services. This agreement may be terminated in writing by any party with a period of three months. The services provided under this Agreement (including booking services and any ancillary services such as access to the booking platform, payment processing, tracking and reporting of travellers) shall be considered as instructions regarding the processing of personal data. You can give us instructions by phone, email or via one of our booking platforms. A flight described as “direct” in your travel documents and/or itineraries is not necessarily non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the relevant airlines and are estimates only. They may be modified due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions and operational requirements. We are diligent in selecting serious travel service providers, but we are not travel service providers ourselves and we have no control or responsibility for services provided by third parties. We are responsible for ensuring that we treat your booking with reasonable expertise and diligence and, therefore, our liability to you (with the exception of fraud or death or assault caused by our negligence) is limited to the re-provision of the service in question or the payment of the fee for the new provision of the service in question. Our liability is also limited to the extent that relevant international conventions, such as: For example, the Montreal Convention on Air Travel, the Athens Convention on Travel at Sea, the Berne Convention on Travel by Rail and the Paris Convention on the Provision of Accommodation, limit the amount of compensation that can be claimed for death. Injury or delay of passengers and loss, damage and delay of luggage. To protect the personal data of your staff, we maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures.

The parties agree that the terms of the Privacy Policy will be included in this Agreement by reference and will form part of this Agreement, as if it related thereto. All services provided under this Agreement (including all ancillary services such as access to the booking platform, tracking and reporting of travellers) shall be considered as instructions regarding the processing of personal data. Your contract with your suppliers may allow them to cancel or change bookings. If we are your booking agent, we will ensure that you are immediately informed of any material changes as soon as we become aware of such a change, if there is time before your departure, but we will not assume any responsibility for any changes or costs that may result. Subject to the Supplier`s Terms and Conditions of Sale, you then have the choice to accept the change in arrangements, accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements if an offer is provided by the Supplier, or cancel your booked arrangements and obtain all applicable refunds. We do not guarantee refunds. You agree to use our website or services only to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not to make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or reservations pending the request. You will only use our website and services in accordance with applicable law.

The website is subject to the Terms of Use. During the lifetime, we will do our best to provide you with the desired services. We sell a variety of travel-related products from different suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each provider has its own terms and conditions, which apply to your special agreements in addition to our terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them….
